For Australia's early childhood educators & teachers

Qualified, checked, current. Why prove it again at every centre?

Your ACECQA qualification, WWCC, first aid and training are all done. Yet every new service makes you start the onboarding paperwork from zero.

Be first in line for a credential that's finally yours. No spam — just launch news.

The mobile educator's reality

You move between services. Your paperwork doesn't follow.

Educators move between centres, relief work, family day care and OSHC — and every service runs its own siloed compliance system under the NQF. None of them talk to each other, so your evidence never travels with you.

1

New service, same forms

Re-upload the same qualification, WWCC and first aid into another onboarding pack — often before your first day on the floor.

2

Locked in their files

Your documents sit inside each service's system. When you move on, you can't take any of it with you.

3

You track it all

Juggling first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma renewals — each on its own clock — entirely on your own.

Let's clear something up

Being "compliant" isn't just your Working With Children Check.

Your WWCC is one item. Under the National Quality Framework, services expect a full set of current credentials — and it's on you to keep every one in date:

01 ACECQA-approved qualification
Cert III, Diploma or ECT degree on the ACECQA approved list — verified by certified transcript or individual assessment.
02 Working With Children Check
Current for your state — WWCC, Blue Card (QLD), WWVP (ACT/TAS) or Ochre Card (NT), each with its own validity.
03 National Educator Register
ACECQA's emerging national record of educators — updated by each provider, yet siloed service by service rather than owned by you.
04 Teacher registration (ECTs)
Early childhood teachers also hold provisional or full registration with the state regulator (NESA, VIT, QCT and others).
05 Right to work / visa
Citizen, PR or visa with work rights — verified via VEVO and re-checked at visa expiry.
06 First aid — HLTAID012
Education-and-care first aid (bundles paediatric CPR, anaphylaxis, asthma) — renew every 3 years.
07 CPR — every 12 months
HLTAID009 CPR currency applies annually, separately from your 3-year first aid.
08 Anaphylaxis, asthma, child protection, food safety
Each carries its own currency period and refresh cycle under Reg 136 and service policy.

Eight-plus items, different issuers and several different renewal clocks — and you're the one tracking them all. Today this proof is scattered across services, RTOs and your inbox. It should live in one place. Yours.

What the silos cost you

Unpaid time. Money out of pocket. Risk you carry alone.

Time

Unpaid onboarding admin every time you start at a new service or pick up relief — re-submitting evidence you've supplied many times before.

Cost

Paying again for checks and re-booking first aid you already hold, because the last service's system won't hand it back to you.

Risk

One lapsed item you weren't reminded about can pull you off the floor and put a service out of ratio. The responsibility sits with you.

A better way to carry it

What if your credentials worked like a passport — not a centre login?

1

A passport, not a centre portal

One mobile credential holding your qualification, WWCC, registration, first aid and training — that travels with you from service to service.

2

Owned by you

Not your centre's. Not a regulator's register. Yours. When you move services or pick up relief, your record comes with you — because it was always yours.

3

You choose who sees it

Connect a new service in seconds to share verified proof. Disconnect them when you move on. You decide who has access, and for how long.

How it would work

Prove it once. Share it instantly. Take it to every service.

01

Build your passport once

Qualification, WWCC, registration, first aid and training — verified and held in one place you own.

02

Connect a service

Starting somewhere new or picking up relief? Grant secure, verified access in seconds. No re-uploading.

03

Stay current automatically

Every first aid, CPR and check expiry in one view, with reminders before anything lapses.

04

Disconnect when you move on

Finished at a service? Switch off their access. Your evidence stays with you, ready for the next.
